What I can do for you
Why you might need me as a wedding coordinator on the day…So, you have been working for a while creating and planning your dream wedding, you have everything booked in but you now realise that you will be running the day, taking phone calls and emails up to the last minute, answering tedious questions, liaising with suppliers, organising friends and family, all the while trying to enjoy your day and spend time with your guests. This is where I can help, I will be your wedding coordinator, I will take over as your lead for the big day, and be by your side during your wedding allowing you to sit back, knowing you’re in safe hands, so you can enjoy this special day with your loved ones.
Wedding styling….This can be tricky, with so many options, images and choices to make how can you be sure that the overall aesthetic will be just how you imagined them? Helping you to bring that vision to life is my goal, for a wedding that is totally uniquely yours. I can create a mood board, source props and accessories for you or install everything you have to create the look you have been dreaming about.
On The Day
This specific package is designed for you if have booked all your suppliers and need support in the last few weeks plus full coordination on the day.
As the day gets closer you may begin to feel the pressure and just need a helping hand, this could be with suppliers, timelines, and those all-important finishing touches.
3 weeks from your date I will meet with you at the venue, we will walk through all of the details of the day to provide you with confidence that your wedding will run like clockwork, exactly as you want it to. I will contact all your suppliers making myself their lead on the day. You can then relax, sleep, pamper, and importantly enjoy the lead-up to your wedding so you arrive on the day looking fresh and relaxed.
On the day I will be with you for a minimum of 10hrs (more if you need it). I will then manage your day as you have planned allowing you to enjoy every minute with family and friends.
This service is normally booked 6 months in advance but, fear not, working to a tight timeline is no problem at all, so if the day is closer please let me know and we can plan together a package that’s right for you.

Wedding Styling
Have you ever decorated a room only to find that something just doesn’t sit right when you have finished?
Creating a wedding is much the same, with so many choices, so many variables, colour palettes, props, accessories, table styling, and flowers, considering understanding how to bring a vision together can be overwhelming.
If you don’t want to be tasked with styling it on the day or burdening/trusting friends and family. I will bring your vision to life.
We will collaborate as much as you need to in the months before with a venue visit, unlimited emails/calls and Pinterest, I will create a mood board that reflects your look and feel.
3 weeks before we will review your vision and work through the practicalities for what’s needed and where. This timelines still gives us time to make any changes or additions you may need.
I will arrive bright and early on the morning of your wedding and set up your vision, I can come earlier or the day before if needed.
And finally…..who wants their last memory of the day to be about the clean up? I will come back the following day and pack everything up for you! It’s the stuff of dreams.

Wedding Services
Set up
If having a dry hire marquee or structure I can be on site and oversee any set up. Working to your plans I will make sure things are where they should be.
Often during set up things get missed which then has an impact on the day, has someone counted the cutlery? Has the lighting arrived? Is the linen clean? Missing tables? and where’s the cake knife? and is the marquee in the right place! These are just some of the problems that arise but with me by your side I will navigate any obstacle.
Investment is £375 and I will be on site for 8hrs, longer if needed.
Floristry
With a floristry and interior design background I can create a fantastic table scape that you and your guests will love, I can install garlands, table flowers and make any bar look cool and inviting.
I will work on turning your visual ideas into reality. I can source flowers if needed as I know some fantastic seasonal growers alternatively I can work with your chosen supplier, I will be at the venue or structure for 6 hrs or longer if needed.
Investment is £450 not including materials
Wedding Vision
Let me help you create your vision, we will collaborate on designs using a range of resources to create your unique mood board. Colour pallets, table scapes. props, venue maximisation, floristry all these individual elements have an impact and I can guide you through the decisions to ensure your wedding is exactly as you pictured it.
From there we can find the best suppliers I will help source or have items made specifically for you.
Investment is from £250
Clean-up
Coming back to clean and tidy a structure the next day isn’t something either you or your friends and family really want to be tasked with so let me do that for you.
The structure will be cleaned, all rubbish removed and recycled and all your property removed and stored in one place for you to collect. I will be there for up to 6hrs (Typical timeline).
Investment is £375
Extras
Extra hours are £40ph.
Travel over 50 miles is charged at 60p per mile.
Accommodation is required if over 2 hrs away.
